Will.I.Am Assures Fans Black Eyed Peas Are Not Splitting Up Following Kanye West Comment

Will.I.Am has been forced to reassure fans that the Black Eyed Peas are not splitting up, after Kanye West made a shock announcement at the end of his concert.

Yeezy confused fans and caused a stir when he was joined on stage by Peas member Fergie to perform their hit 'All Of The Lights,' when he said at the end: "Rest in peace to the Black Eyed Peas. You're gonna be missed."

Upon hearing what happened at the concert, Will assured fans on Twitter that the group is not splitting up for good, writing: "maybe @kanyewest was stating the fact that we will take a rest for a little bit... but we the @bep will never die...never...impossible."

The Peas will be taking a break temporarily to pursue individual projects.

REVIEW: Chipmunk - Spazz.com

MC Chipmunk has just released a new mixtape called Spazz.com, the 15 track EP sees him hook up with a number of guest rappers like Wretch 32, Tinie Tempah, Sincere and Skepta. The 'Diamond Rings' rapper gives us a couple of new tracks and he reworks some of the biggest tracks on the radio to his biddding - we take a look at Spazz.com and see how it sounds....

You get the feeling straight away that the main purpose of the album is promote the website/venture Spazz.com, so before we get into things make sure to visit the site – as for the music on the mixtape? Well, Chipmunk is a capable MC and at no point on the record does he ever give us a strong reason to doubt his abilities to write lines or to spit them, none of his guests show him up – but the project feels premature, and a touch lightweight – this becomes more evident when he raps over well-known beats from Frank Ocean, Nicki Minaj and Lil’ Wayne.

Even on ‘Raks On Raks’ when the MC is going hard he is likable – he can’t shake this - and judging by the first few tracks the North London rapper is hungry and so far that hunger has paid off and given the UK MC some considerable chart success in the UK.

The 20-year-old wants to become a force and the whole mixtape seems to have eyes to infiltrating the US market, but there are times when the tracks feel feeble and vigorless and so a listener disengages because of it.

However, there are multiple highlights on the mixtape; “Star Boy Rmx” has a dancehall tinge and is sure to move some feet, the track is lively, clean and there are successful guest spots from Mavado and Sneakbo. “Decorations on My Body” is about getting tattoo’s and guest Skepta demonstrates an effortless presence and command over the delicate chuggy beat – the hook is light yet effective.

Wretch 32 and Chip come together for a remix of Jay Z and Kanye’s ‘Otis’, this track is the only cut that hints at any kind of real chemistry between Chip and any guest vocalist on Spazz.com. The two weave in and out of each other like old buddies and Wretch in particular shows the world why he is so special “Amen, God bless we/My flash kicks give the devil epilepsy”, with Chip successfully holding up his end all the way with, “Wretch made punctuation, I told him don’t bother, God willing’ now every figure has a comma.”

‘Hard Court Hi (Adidias)’ could have been stronger with a little more effort but it’s still worth one listen, ‘Someone To Love Me’ makes good use of the featured sample and sees Chip ride the beat comfortably making for an easy listen as he spits “Sleep on me, I’ll give you nightmares”.

‘Stay For The Night’ is a pretty track and features a successful appearance by singer Eric B, but it’s the track with Tinie Tempah, a short reworking of Lil’ Wayne’s ‘John’ that Chip finally begins to stop talking about fire and starts delivering it.

The EP ends with a really well done, stylish freestyle, but the problem isn't his talent, it's if Chip is trying to gain some attention in States, most of the Hip-Hop community wouldn’t look away from their current stars to a mixtape like this because no matter who guests, or how many F-bombs this versatile MC drops the tape lacks authentic presence, the kind of presence he would need to break the US and I think that could only be gained with age and so to me the whole venture feels slightly immature.

Timbaland Premieres Music Video For 'Pass At Me' Featuring Pitbull & David Guetta

Timbaland has premiered the music video for his new single 'Pass At Me' which features Pitbull and David Guetta.

The trio look pleased with themselves as they enjoy the crystal ble waters and surround themselves with scantily-clad women. Timbaland can also be seen standing in the middle of women, dressed in red carnival-type outfits who dance in a circle around the producer.

'Pass At Me' is the first single to be taken from Timbaland's forthcoming album Shock Value III, which drops in Novemeber.

Rihanna Covers 'Rosebud,' Says 'She Wants To Work With Eminem Again'

Rihanna has sparked speculation that Eminem will feature on her forthcoming sixth studio album, after she revealed she would like to work with the rapper again.

RiRi featured on Em's 2010 hit 'Love The Way You Lie,' which topped the charts in several countries. Now, the songstress has revealed that she would like to recreate the magic with the MC again and described him as a "genius."

Rihanna told Rosebud magazine: "We've already been talking about it," before saying that she "would love to" work with Em again who is "one of the most clever poets right now."

The 23-year-old is currently working on her as-yet-untitled sixth LP which is due in December. The first single to be taken from the album, 'We Found Love' will premiere on US radio tomorrow.

POLL: Ray J/Fabolous Beef - Who Was In The Wrong?

Ray J and Fabolous have been dominating the headlines recently with news of their bust-up on Saturday night in a L.A. club. Both sides have given different versions of events that night, with even 50 Cent getting involved.

The trouble started when Fab kept taking shots at Ray on Twitter for his lack of career, and clearly reading these comments, Ray decided to confront Fab when they both attended the same club. Flanked by The Money Team following Floyd Mayweather's boxing victory, Ray took a swing at Fab causing him to be escorted out of the club.

Ray initially claimed that he punched Fab who was then supposedly unable to get up. Fab then gave an interview insisting that a fight did not even take place. Ray then issued an apology to fans for his actions and challenging his nemisis to a rematch.

Then, to add more confusion to the mix, Fiddy gave his version of events, saying that Ray made a swing for Fab but did not actually punch him. A video surfaced earlier today showing part of the scuffle.

PHOTOS: 50 Cent Debuts New '80's Afro Hair-Do At 'Every Woman, Every Child' Event

50 Cent debuted a new hair-do last night at the Every Woman, Every Child event last night in New York City. Usually seen looking clean-cut and trim, Fiddy appears to have grown out a fuzzy afro.

The Baby By Me rapper attended the event looking dapper in a suit and was spotted mingling with other attendees. The new-look comes as it has been confirmed the star will be taking on the role of a serial killer in new movie The Frozen Ground. 

The Anchorage Daily News reports that Fiddy will star alongside Hollywood heavyweights Nicholas Cage, John Cusack and Vanessa Hudgens.

Filming for the new picture will begin on October and it has been given an incredible $27million budget.

Bow Wow To Join Chris Brown On F.A.M.E. Tour!

Bow Wow has announced that he will be joining Chris Brown on his F.A.M.E. tour for several dates next month.

Chris has been touring North America since the beginning of September and has been supported by the likes of Kelly Rowland, Tyga and T-Pain. However, while Kelly and the others return to their individual projects, Bow has revealed that he will be joining his best friend on stage.

"It's gon' be fun. Me and Breezy are brothers, man. Our fans know that. It's just a different energy when we are on the same bill together or in the same arena. The fans know what to expect, and that's a hell of a show."

The pair have toured together before on 2008's Up, Close & Personal.

Bow will join the F.A.M.E. tour on October 7 in Tampa, Florida and will bow out (no pun intended) on October 30 in Hartford. The rapper will be performing past hits in addition to cuts from his forthcoming album Underrated, which drops on December 6.

Kim Kardashian Controversially Tweets Her Support Of Man Facing Execution Tonight

Kim Kardashian has controversially tweeted her support of Troy Davis, a man who will be executed tonight for a murder he committed in 1991.

The 30-year-old urged fans to petition to save him from being injected with a lethal dose tonight, as she believes he is innocent of murdering Georgia police officer Mark MacPhail. Kim told her Twitter followers: "I want to vent about the execution of Troy Davis! He is getting the death penalty tonight but I believe he is innocent!!!"

Kim then wrote a series of messages, informing her fans that he should not be denied a lie detector test and provided a link for people to educate themselves on the situation. 

This is not the first time Kim has tweeted about a controversial case. Back in July, she regularly gave her opinion on the Casey Anthony murder case. Kim's late father, Robert Kardashian was a high profile lawyer, so is perhaps the reason for her interest in such cases.

Jojo surprised fans in Los Angeles last night when she performed her brilliant remix of Drake's 'Marvin's Room.'

The singer was giving an intimate show at the House of Blues when she treated the audience her popular version of the track. Dressed in a suggestive outfit of suspenders and a sequinned crop top, Jojo showed just how far she had come from the days when she emerged on the scene as just a teen.

Jojo opened her set with her debut smash hit 'Leave (Get Out)' before belting out songs such as 'Disaster' and 'Too Little Too Late.'

The 20-year-old also treated her fans to a new track 'Lie To Me,' which features on her forthcoming album Jumping Trains.

DMX Reveals Horror At Lil B's Controversial 'I'm Gay' Album Title

DMX has revealed his shock at discovering that Lil B has decided to call his latest album I'm Gay.

When Lil B chose to put 'I'm Happy' underneath the main title, he was forced to defend himself, saying: "I'm not literally a homosexual, but I'm happy... I did it also to embrace the homosexual community also, but some motherf**kers was like, I copped out, 'Ah B, you should've stuck with the I'm Gay title.' I'm not totally gay, but I am gay."

Now, DMX has given his reaction to the album title, telling XXL Mag: "Serious? You serious. Lil B? Lil B? Lil B**ch. There is power in words. There is power in words. You gave us power and the word, think before you speak that way when I speak you know I'm gonna teach."

He added: "There is power in words. But don't go over there. Don't go 'that' way. Ugh. I'm at a point where I don't care what anybody else is doing. I don't even give a f**k over what anybody else is doing. I know what I'm doing."

Adele 'Forgives' Ex-Boyfriend Who Inspired Heartbreak Album '21'

Adele has revealed that she has forgiven the ex-boyfriend who inspired her worldwide smash hit album 21.

It is well-known that the songstress wrote the entire album based on her failed relationship with the unknown man - a fact that she has often publicly acknowledged. Now, Adele has revealed that she has forgiven him and admits that she partly owes the success of the album to him. 

"We're becoming friends again," she told fans at her London concert earlier in the week. "It's alright, I know what I'm doing. Enough time has gone by now."

She added: "Now with what's going on with the album around the world it's important to be able to share it with him. Because it's marvellous what has happened. He changed my life, I can't deny that."

"The album helped me get over splitting up with my boyfriend. It helped me forgive and I hope he has forgiven himself."

T.I.'s Clothing Label Sees Boost In Sales During Prison Sentence

T.I.'s clothing line saw a boost in sales during the time that the rapper spent in prison, his reps have revealed. 

It appears that a positive has come out of the rapper's ordeal - he was given an eleven-month prison sentence for violating his parole, as his Akoo fashion line has seen a 25 per cent increase in sales over the last twelve months.

The increase came as a shock to both T.I. and his management who claim the line has not seen a boost since he appeared in the 2009 reality show Road to Redemption. 

T.I. is currently living in a halfway house as part of his parole conditions, following his short return to prison last month.

VIDEO: Footage Of Fight Between Ray J & Fabolous Released As 50 Cent Reveals Exactly What Happened!

Video footage of the fight between Ray J and Fabolous has been released, as 50 Cent sets the story straight on what really happened that night.

TMZ have obtained a clip that shows Fiddy and Ray standing next to each other as Ray argues with Fabolous who is out of shot. Suddenly, Ray can be seen trying to launch a punch at Fab, leaving Fiddy to hold him back to prevent a full-on brawl happening. It is then unclear as to what happened next as the camera moves away from the commotion, however, a scuffle can be seen in the distance. 

While we have heard two different versions of events, Fiddy has set the record straight, telling Hot 97: "There was a swing, but it didn't land on nothing, so you can't call it a punch. Fab is looking at him like he's crazy. He said, 'Whoa. Have you lost your mind right now?'"

Fiddy also defends Ray, saying: "I think [Ray J] had a little bit of juice in him. I pushed Fab and his brother Paul to the side. It wasn't really a good look."

Conrad Murray Told Paramedics Michael Jackson Was 'OK' As He Lay Dead

Transcripts obtained from the pre-trial in the manslaughter case against Dr. Conrad Murray against Michael Jackson, show that the doctor told paramedics that the singer was "fine" when in fact he was laying dead on the floor.

The Mirror has obtained the transcripts from the pre-trial which took place two weeks ago, and they appear to show damning evidence against Dr. Murray. The court heard that when the doctor rung the emergency services, he failed to tell them of the Propofol and other medication Michael had taken just prior to his death. 

According to the publication, Dr. Murray ignored paramedics advice to give Michael CPR on the floor where it would have had more impact, instead leaving him on the bed. The court also heard that Murray ordered 255 vials of Propofol in the three months before the star died and also injected him with the drug six nights a week in the two months prior to his death.

D. Murray's trial is set to begin next week.

Keyshia Cole To Release New LP In February 2012

Singer Keyshia Cole has sent fans into a frenzy by announcing on Twitter that her next LP will be released in February 2012.

The follow up to 2010’s Calling All Hearts can be expected next year and the 29-year-old has already said that the new LP will sound very different from its predecessor.

The songstress also revealed on Twitter, a desire to collaborate with fellow R&B singer Brandy who is also gearing up to release new material.

The last time Cole hit the charts was with the track ‘Take Me Away’ which was chosen after fans voted for the cuts release on Twitter, the song peaked in the Billboard US Hot R&B/Hip Hop Songs at number 27.

B.O.B Accused Of Dodging $1,060 New York Bar Tab

The staff at a New York Bar have accused rapper B.O.B of being a cheapskate after not paying up on a $1,060 bar tab this past Saturday night.

According to The Cornell Daily Sun, the owner Brad Weiss of Level B Bar in Ithaca, New York said the 22-year-old MC who performed at Barton Hall earlier that evening, ordered three bottles of $300 Grey Goose Vodka and received a complimentary bottle of champagne.

Apparently the ‘Nothin’ On You’ star and his group left without paying its bill, which would have included $160 in tips, prompting principal waiter Anthony Vipond to chase them into the street.

Vipond recounted the events saying “[B.o.B.’s manager] said, ‘We’re doing you a favor for not charging you … When we go to clubs, we get paid to come’”

The waiter added: “I said, ‘This is Ithaca, this is a different town. Things get handled a little differently here.’”

As the incident didn’t hurt them financially Weiss said that he has decided to not pursue any legal action saying: “We decided letting it go was more prudent than calling the authorities or pursuing a possibly costly legal battle.”

He added:  “Next time we will be more cautious about managing the expectations of our celebrity guests.”

Pharrell Says Rick Ross Is 'Authentic' & Compares Him To Lil Wayne

Pharrell has described Rick Ross as "authentic" and says that he is on the same level as Lil Wayne.

In an interview with Vibe.com, the super producer explains why he thinks Rozay is one of the top MCs around. "The way Ross is killing it right now. It's been a minute since the last time we had somebody like him to come out and do what he's doing or like a Wayne," he said."

"It's just completely authentic. Ross knows what he wants to do - knows his sound, has a style, has a definitive position, has a perspective on the game and what he adds to it and how he's gonna change it," he adds.

Pharrell also says that hip-hop is moving in a positive direction now, because of Ross. "So music is in a really, really good place now and I'm watching it. I'm in the studio and everything is changing."

However, Pharrell's comments contrast those of Ice T who recently said that Rozay has an "identity crisis" and described him as "fake."

Cher Lloyd Makes Dig At Cheryl Cole, Says She Prefers Tulisa As Judge

Cher Lloyd has made a dig about Cheryl Cole by saying that she would have preferred to have Tulisa as a judge on The X Factor because she is "cool."

The 18-year-old was mentored by Cheryl on last year's show and the two were thought to be very close during filming. However, since the show ended last December, Cheryl and her mini-me have had very little to no contact and it seems that Cher may be slightly bitter.

"Tulisa's brilliant," Cher told The Sun. "I kind of wish I was on now so she could teach me a few things. She's really cool."

Cher publicly revealed earlier this year that she and Cheryl were no longer friends, saying in an interview that she had "more chance of winning the lottery" and admitted that she did not even have her mobile number.

Dappy Threatens Simon Cowell After X Factor Snub!

Dappy issued Simon Cowell with a stark warning to "watch his back," after he and his N-Dubz bandmate Fazer were banned from appearing on The X Factor.

The 23-year-old was angry to find out that he and Fazer were not chosen to support Tulisa at the judges house stage of the show. Instead, they were bumped so that Jessie J could help choose the contestants to make it through to the live shows.

"We wanted to go on the X Factor to be with Tulisa on judges houses but the people who own it thought we were too much of a gamble, that we wasn't right," Dappy told The Mirror.

He continued: "Gary Barlow chose Robbie Williams and he got Robbie Williams. Tulisa wanted me and Fazer but didn't get me and Fazer. It's a joke. Instead Tulisa's been given Jessie J. That's cool too. Jessie is amazing, she's great and we love that. But still the whole thing is wrong. I've devastated they don't think we're capable of going on there and helping her."

However, he had some harsh words for head honcho, Simon Cowell, issuing a warning: "Simon, I'm coming for you, bro. I don't care, I don't give two s**ts - you've made a big mistake, man. Watch your back, Simon! I'm gonna get hits and No.1 singles and show you!"
