Nike LeBron 9 Cannon | Release Info Posted: 08 Oct 2011 01:43 PM PDT The Nike LeBron 9 Cannon, dressed in military green as a nod to the Miami Heat’s training camp last year in Eglin Air Force Base near Fort Walton Beach, Florida, is set to release early in Miami. LeBron will debut the kicks tonight at the South Florida All-Star Classic, a charity exhibition game featuring a wealth of superstar NBA talent, and a just few hours later they’ll launch at midnight at House of Hoops Miami. Similar to last year’s South Beach drop, this special release is a show of appreciation for LeBron’s South Florida fans. Foot Locker House of Hoops Miami Release Date: October 9th, 2011 (Sunday) | 12 am EST

N.Hoolywood Lace Up Trainer Boot Posted: 08 Oct 2011 01:00 PM PDT N.Hoolywood‘s F/W 2011 collection is inspired by the panoramic black and white photos of California’s Yosemite National Park as captured by famed landscape photographer Ansel Adams. The rugged mountain climbing style of that bygone era is typified by N.Hoolywood’s Lace Up Trainer Boot. Dressed in dark beige premium suede, the classic lines of this outdoor hybrid boot are complemented by a padded collar, durable rubber outsole and hiking eyelets and lugs. They’re available now at Oki-Ni.

Quirky Ray – Solar Powered Charger Posted: 08 Oct 2011 12:00 PM PDT Conceptually, solar chargers are great. In practice, not so much, as placement of the device for optimal sunlight is rarely an easy task. Quirky, the global Web-based product development community, has seemingly found the answer: its Ray solar charger features a suction cup encasing the solar cells, so all one has to do to charge one’s device is to plug in the USB cord and stick the Ray right onto a window. A convenient kickstand provides stability and doubles as cable storage. The Ray is available for preorder through Quirky for $39.99, but it won’t go into production until a 2,000-order threshold has been met. (Last time we checked, the magic number was at 788.)
