Kelly Rowland Guests On Verse Simmond's 'Boo Thang'

Kelly Rowland features in the new video by Verse Simmonds for his track called ‘Boo Thang.’

The track features the ‘Motivation’ star’s vocals backing Simmons on the hook then again towards the end of the cut.

The release of this Gil Green directed promo music video comes just before the imminent release of Kelly Rowland’s promo for the Big Sean assisted ‘Lay it On Me’ taken from her album Here I Am.

The slow R’n’B jam sees the leading man Simmons pursuing a sexy ladies at a poolside gathering but ultimately wishing to stay by the side of the one girl that has his heart.

The video also features cameo’s from Akon and comedian Lil Duval.

Samuel L. Jackson, Chris Rock & Zoe Saldana To Star In Bernie Mac Movie

Samuel L. Jackson, Chris Rock and Zoe Saldana have been lined up to star in a Bernie Mac documentary.

The comedian sadly passed away in 2008 due to complications with pneumonia. Now, Image Entertainment have accquired the rights to the film. I Ain't Scared Of You: A Tribute To Bernie Mac, will feature never-before-seen footage of Bernie's early performances in addition to his classic shows.

Hollywood actor Samuel L. Jackson, Zoe Saldana and Chris Rock will make appearances in the movie, paying tribute to the much-loved comedian.

Bernie was only 50 when he died.

Big Sean Further Denies Posting Naked Pictures

Big Sean has been talking some more about the alleged nude pictures of the Finally Famous star that were recently leaked online.

Referring to the pictures showing a man in a bathroom holding his manhood the MC previously dismissed the photos saying: “I'm way bigger than that."

Speaking to 106.5 The Beat about the leaked content, the star explained: “You gotta watch out for these nude pictures man."

"I ain’t put that out man. I don’t ever put nothing like that out. I can’t put that out man. You know how that goes. One thing though you just gotta be careful man. I’m really trying to be careful about all that kind of stuff.”

Model Jade Thompson Knocks Back Oritse Williams After He Stalks Her On Twitter

Ortise Williams' ego may be feeling a little bruised after he was knocked back by Britain & Ireland's Next Top Model winner Jade Thompson.

The JLS singer bombarded the stunner with several messages on Twitter asking for a date, however, Jade is loved up with her boyfriend. Speaking to The Sun at the MOBO Awards, Jade said: "He keeps messaging me things on Twitter like 'You are so fit.' He wants to meet up. But I've got a boyfriend back in Stoke."

Ortise seemed oblivious to Jade's knock back as he told the publication at the award ceremony: "I'd definitely like her to join me on the dance floor at the afterparty if I was staying," he said.

"She has the most beautiful face, her freckles are so cute. But she's quite tall - hopefully I wouldn't have to stand on a copy of Yellow Pages under the misletoe."

This is not the first time Ortise has been accused of stalking women on Twitter. Earlier this year, he admitted that he had been sending Nicki Minaj JLS condoms in a bid to woo her.

Family Of Gospel Legend Outraged At Fantasia Casting For Biopic, After Having Baby Out Of Wedlock!

The family of Mahalia Jackson are said to be outraged that Fantasia has been chosen to play the Queen of Gospel in film biographical film Mahalia. The family are said to dislike the fact that American Idol winner Fantasia Barrino is expecting a baby with a married man.

Producers on the project are also reportedly furious at the ‘When I See U’ star for not telling them she was due to give birth until four months into her pregnancy. Because of Fantasia’s pregnancy with her married boyfriend Antwaun Cook, production has had to be pushed back.

Speaking to the New York Post executive producer Adrian Taylor said: “The family thinks if Fantasia plays the role, it’s going to sully the name of Mahalia…they think she’s got the wrong image, having a child out of wedlock.”

The film has been delayed until her due date December 27th which is may cause director Euzhan Palcy to drop out due to a conflicting schedule. Rapper Missy Elliot has been suggested as a replacement for Barrino.

Barrino’s rep said: “This is the first time I’ve heard about this. I have no comment.”

Kim Kardashian Accused Of Stealing Designs For Jewellery Line!

Kim Kardashian has been accused of stealing designs from a fashion house and has passed them off as her own for jewelley sold in her Dash boutique stores.

Jewellery designer Alexis Bittar claims that Kim has been taking notes from his range of rings, necklaces and braclets and is considering taking legal action. "They are not designers and they are just stealing," he told The Sun.

"I passed the Dash pop up store on Broadway, and I saw that Kim's pieces were very similar to mine, and she has definitely been taking note of my designs."

Alexis is so serious about pursuing action that he has already blocked the Kardashians from wearing his designs for red carpet appearances.

This is not the first time Kim has been accused of stealing designs - she was faced with a lawsuit when Monica Botkier claimed Kim had used her handbag designs.

Jessie J Reveals Second Album To Have 'Pop' Sound A Day After Lily Allen's 'Black Origin' Comment

Jessie J has revealed that her second album will have a "pop" sound, departing from the edgier sound of her debut album Who You Are.

The 23-year-old burst onto the scene with urban cut 'Do It Like A Dude' and subsequently released tracks with a variety of sounds. Now, Jessie reveals that she will be sticking to the sound heard on second single 'Price Tag.'

"I want it to stay true to who I am," Jessie told the Daily Star. "It'll be pop again but I don't know if it'll be pop with symphony orchestras or pure pop like 'Price Tag' again."

She continued: "It's just what comes out of me and I don't know what's going to come out of me next."

"I know that I want to get my voice a bit better and I want to have some more collaborations. But who they'll be with, I really don't know yet."

The news comes as Lily Allen slammed Jessie for picking up four MOBO Awards on Wednesday night, as she does not believe her music is of "black origin."

Master P's Brother C-Murder Appeals Life Sentence For Third Time

Lawyers representing jailed rapper C-Murder were in court on Wednesday to appeal for a new trial over his life sentence for killing a teenager in 2002.

The Hip-Hop star, real name Corey Miller, the younger brother of rap mogul Master P is currently behind bars after being convicted of 2nd degree murder for the death of a sixteen-year-old in a Louisiana, New Orleans club.

Miller was given the life sentence in 2003, this ruling was over turned three years later with second trial beginning in 2009 where the MC was once again ordered to spend the rest of his life behind bars.

According to AllHipHop.com the rapper is ready to fight his sentence again and has maintained his innocence since he was first charged with the offense.

Miller’s legal team told the judge during the appeal: “Not one piece of physical evidence directly linking Corey Miller to the shooting. The irreconcilable tales of two flip-flopping, deal-driven and reluctant [to testify] witnesses is the only evidence propping up the state’s case.”

The team will now wait to see if their appeal has been successful.

J. Cole Ignores Jay-Z's Beef With Chris Brown To Premiere Joint Track 'Undercover'

A new cut taken from DJ Drama's forthcoming album Third Power has been released and features a hot collaboration between Chris Brown and J. Cole.

Cole, currently celebrating topping the charts with his debut album Cole World: The Sideline Story, seduces the ladies over the melodic beat with lines such as: "I'm on some Marvin Gaye s**t."

Chris then combines singing with rapping and spits: "I'm loyal to my fans cause I love 'em, so girl if you a fan, you can meet me undercover."

The collaboration may come as a shock to some, as Cole is managed by Jay-Z who has an on-going silent feud with Chris since he assaulted Roc Nation signee Rihanna back in 2009.

Third Power drops on October 11.

LAPD Detective Adamant About P. Diddy's Involvement In Tupac Murder

The LAPD investigator in the center of a storm surrounding allegations made in his new book Murder Rap about the truth surrounding the deaths of rappers Tupac and Biggie Smalls, has further clarified his claims that P. Diddy commissioned Duane Keith “Keffe D” Davis to take out Tupac Shakur and Suge Knight in 1996.

After expanding on his claims about Biggie’s demise Greg Kading elaborated on who he believed killed Shakur: “Well, once we got Keffe D’s back up against the wall and he explained to us that him and his nephew, [Orlando Anderson], and the rest of that little Crip entourage committed the murder of Tupac out in Las Vegas, and then he explains that the conspiracy to commit the murder of Tupac had developed in Los Angeles during his conversations with Puffy Combs," he told HipHopDX.

Kading said that he believes the shooting was not supposed to take place in Vegas that night but in L.A. and that the Mike Tyson fight at the MGM that night in 1996 kicked “into gear something that had already been planned [but] that wasn’t supposed to take place then.”

When asked if Biggie Smalls had any involvement in Shakur's shooting Kading said: “There’s no evidence whatsoever that Biggie was there. There’s no evidence whatsoever in our entire investigation that Biggie knew anything about the conspiracy to murder Tupac.”

He said that he did not think Suge Knight, who was in the car with the ‘California Love’ star at the time of the shooting used Tupac has a shield in the hail of bullets adding: “Tupac’s movements, and the way he reacted, did create a human shield and very likely protected Suge, although it was all unintentional.”

P. Diddy has since dismissed Kading’s claims againist him as complete fabrication.

But the detective protested: “I’m telling this story because I believe it to be the truth. I believe it to be the best evidence out there right now… I sacrificed a lot because I knew the story wasn’t gonna get told. This is not about capitalizing for me. This is a self-published book…this was an ethical conviction I had to do this.”

Tulisa Contostavlos launched a tirade against women who may try to date her boyfriend Fazer, saying that she would "woop [their] a**."

It was only earlier today that Fazer declared his love for Tulisa and called her "the one," however, she still felt the need to warn women to stay away from her man. An incident prompted the 23-year-old to write on her Twitter: "[Be careful] 2 all women!don't mess with my man!I may be famous but I will still cum and woop ur a** if you underestimate me!don't be disrespectful."

In an attempt to play off the outburst, Tulisa then added: "Always love the support guys but understand I love 2 banter, I'm laughin not cryin so don't b worried #allabouthebanter."

When a Twitter user sent her a message that upset her, Tulisa replied: "how old r u?clearly not old enough to 2 take things lightly & have a laugh..all about the banter."

Fazer and Tulisa went public with their relationship earlier last month when they attended a party hosted by their N-Dubz bandmate Dappy.

Michael Jackson's Bloodied Shirt Found In Closet During Conrad Murray Trial

The courthouse was shocked yesterday when they were shown photos of Michael Jackson's bloodied white shirt hanging in his closet, found on the day he died in 2009.

Dr. Conrad Murray stands accused of involuntary manslaughter after the legendary pop star was found in his Los Angeles home after taking an overdose of Propofol. RadarOnline speculates that because the shirt was found with a price tag still attached, it was used to clean up a large amount of blood. 

However, questions have now been raised as to why the shirt was not removed from the house and taken as evidence into the investigation of his death. In addition to the bloodied shirt, large amounts of Propofol were found in the closet as well as I.V equipment.

So far, the court has heard testimonies from several witnesses including four of Conrad's girlfriends, members of AEG Live, Michael's choreographer, coroners, his personal assistant and chef.

Naughty By Nature's Treach has shockingly revealed that there are several more Tupac sex tapes, just days after the first came to light.

Hip-Hop fans were left stunned when TMZ reported that they had seen a sex tape starring Tupac and a number of groupies. Many questioned the validity of the video considering Tupac had died 15 years ago, however, pictures emerged days later clearly showing the rapper's face.

Treach released a YouTube video in which he made the startling claims. "We hung out and found a couple of chicks and everything and head back to the hotel," he said. 

"We had a double room, I had my room and he has his room. I had a little video camera, so me and my little chicky we taping s**t, getting all wild and everything. Pac in the other room and the door is cracked. so I told my chick to shh. So I go up in there and I start taping it from the door and he just banging it out on the bed, banging it out."

According to Treach, Tupac pretended to be mad that he was filming it, however, he was glad as he wanted to watch it back later.

REVIEW: Van Hunt - 'What Were You Hoping For (Thirty Tigers)'

 As an artist Van Hunt should be described as a colourful array of musical genres. Putting him into a specific category is something not easily achievable. Whether you’re a fan of his neo-soul tendencies, displayed on his 2004 self-titled debut, or his funk rock capabilities, heard on the 2006 follow-up ‘On the Jungle Floor,’ his music is like a multiple choice dive in the instrumental unknown.       

Now free from the restrictive constraints of the majors, Hunt’s latest effort is a far cry from his earlier work. Left to his own devices, ‘What Were You Hoping For’ is a rock-tinged psychedelic smorgasbord of soul. ‘Designer Jeans’ perfectly illustrates this description. Complete with guitar riff and echoing funk lick, Hunt’s vocal prowess mirrors that of a young Jimi Hendrix yet with a George Clinton passion. There are in fact tracks that seem more rock than soul, for example the loud and brash ‘Watching You Go Crazy Is Making Me Go Insane,’ which lyrically catches the attention of those familiar with Hunt’s clever and at times questionable word choice - “I press my luck and ask for a cup of Jesus blood because it tastes just like grape juice.”                

A more soulful approach is taken on ‘Moving Targets,’ which stands out as one of the album’s finest moments. Sounding more like a man possessed by love at a shooting gallery than a leather jacket wearing axe master, Hunt’s vocal composure is second to none on this occasion. Beautifully executed, aside from the song’s deep and meaningful words the other focal point is the charismatic piano arrangement. Another soulfully strong record comes in the form of the mid-tempo gem ‘Falls (Violet).’ With an almost Country-esque bounce to it, it’s the type of song you might imagine artists such as Johnny Cash or Muddy Waters jamming to late night on an American porch, if it were made many moons earlier of course.                          

Sometimes overdoing it, ‘Cross Dresser’ is a little too experimental. The recording sounds a tad bit distorted which may well have been done on purpose but doesn’t do it any justice. Another track that falls a bit short is ‘A Time Machine Is My New Girlfriend.’ One minute it sounds like it is trying to be a Green Day record because of its pop punk interventions, and then the next it comes off emulating whatever generic indie band is currently sitting on your kid’s iPod.                                 

Other tracks that deserve positive notoriety include the album’s title track, as well the melodically rough ‘North Hollywood’. So while there are a few slip-ups along the way, ‘What Were You Hoping For’ is a predominantly worthwhile outing. It is just great to have Van Hunt back again - “Welcome back Van, it’s good to have you recording and releasing music again.”

Kelly Rowland: 'I Want To Reunite With Dad After 20 Years'

Kelly Rowland has revealed that she would like to reunite with her father after 20 years of not seeing each other.

Christopher Lovett walked out on Kelly and her mother when she was just ten and has not seen him since. He recently reached out to Kelly through an interview and while she admits she does want to see him, she would have rather him contact her in private.

"He reached out to me saying he wanted to see me, but it's unfortunate he did it so publicly," she told Cosmopolitan. "I want to meet him, and soon, I really do. I forgave him a long time ago."

"I haven't seen my dad for almost 20 years. It's nothing I want a pity party for. He left me and my mum, and I was angry. I wanted to be a daddy's girl so bad. God damn the Cosby Show because that made me think 'Why aren't my family like that?' But this is not a perfect world."

Chris Brown Forced To Cancel Michael Jackson Tribute Concert Appearance Due To Visa Issue

Chris Brown has been forced to pull out of an appearance at the Michael Jackson Tribute concert this weekend due to problems with his visa.

Organisers were sent into a panic this week when the Black Eyed Peas cancelled their scheduled performance, leaving them to draft in reknowned Michael Jackson fan, Chris Brown. While they thought they had their problem solved, Chris has been refused entry into the UK due to his criminal record for assaulting then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009.

It has been suggested that Breezy will be performing via video link, however, a source told the Daily Mirror: "It would put a negative slant on the day. The family wants to make sure the show is a fitting tribute to Michael."

The concert has been plagued with problems since Beyonce pulled out from her video link performance and rock band Kiss being removed from the line-up following anti-Michael comments.

Eminem's Long-Time Collaborator Chaos Kid Commits Suicide

Eminem’s friend and long-time associate rapper Chaos Kid - aka James Deel - was found dead this week after committing suicide.

Deel is believed to have killed himself a few days before being found.

According to AllHipHop, details of the incident are scarce but the two went way back, meeting in their home town of Detroit, Michigan and then becoming friends sometime around 1988. The duo went on to rap and produce together for the next four years.

The teens performed and released music together as ‘Bassmint Productions’ and 'Soul Intent' when they were in high school and can be found performing together on early demos.

A memorial is being held next week for the MC who came to Shady’s defence when he was accused of being a racist in 2003 for using the N-word in a track saying: “Marshall Mathers is not a racist, Although the songs were in bad taste, they were not intended to be taken seriously or even heard and do not represent the true sentiments of Eminem.”

Lil Mama: 'Nicki Minaj Feud Could Have Ended Up Like Biggie & Tupac'

Lil Mama says that she is glad her feud with Nicki Minaj is over because it could have ended up the same way as the beef between Biggie and Tupac.

The feud between the two has been building up for almost a year since music fans accused Mama of copying Nicki's style. While many thought the two did not get along, Mama actually reveals that they are civil to each other. "There was never any animosity," she told XXLMag.

"She came to my show... the greeting was beautiful. It was like, 'Hi beautiful, how are you?' you know what I mean. It wasn't like 'Hi,' and then the name calling or screwed up face or anything negative. If someone has something negative to say about you or they don't like you, they wouldn't greet you and say, 'Hello beautiful.'"

Mama says that if the beef had escalated, one of them could have ended up dead. "If we decided to go at each other and then somebody ended up dead, everybody in hip-hop would be like, 'Oh my God, it's so sad what happened to them.'"

"It's just like what happened with Pac and Biggie. The same people that promote it and it's sad."

Jim Jones Pleads Guilty To Driving With Suspended License

Rapper Jim Jones was arrested in New York City earlier this year for driving his 2011 Bentley on a suspended license, but on Thursday pleaded guilty and was fined.

In March, cops arrested Jim in New York City after a search revealed that his license had been suspended for failure to pay tickets. He was later released from custody and told The New York Daily News that the authorities "treated me with total respect."

Yesterday, the ‘Pop Champagne’ star paid a $200 fine and an $80 court fee after entering a misdemeanour guilty plea.

His lawyer Marianne Bertuna, explained that the Harlem, New York native was unaware that his license was invalid because he did not see the notices stating that he had to pay a penalty.

Alicia Keys Says Son Egypt Is Jennifer Aniston's Boyfriend

Alicia Keys has revealed that son Egypt has taken a shine to actress Jennifer Aniston and is apparently "her boyfriend."

The revelation is a shock as Egypt is just eleven months old, yet Alicia reveals that he is the envy of most men as he has gotten up, close and personal with the Hollywood actress. "He's actually Jennifer's boyfriend," Alicia joked during an interview with Good Morning America.

"He kissed her and it was kind of tender."

Alicia, Jennifer and Demi Moore are currently promoting their breast cancer movie Five, and the 'Empire State Of Mind' singer reveals what it was like to get behind the camera. "This was my first time directing and I am in love, she told Robin Roberts. She added: "You'll see me behind the camera more often."

Five premieres on October 10 on Lifetime.
