Alexandra Burke Announces Album Pushed Back To 2012!

Alexandra Burke has announced that her forthcoming second studio album has been pushed back to next year as it is not ready.

The singer revealed to Digital Spy that she is executive producing the LP and is delaying the album so that she can release a couple of singles as promotion. "It's going well. I'm actually pushing the album to next year," she said.

"I've decided to. I know I had a big old rant on Twitter and was like, 'I'm not pushing it to next year', but I don't want to rush. I actually want to have a couple of singles out before I release the album. I'm at the moment considering whether to bring the single out at the end of the year - so we will see what happens."

Speaking of her involvement with the record, Alex added: "I'm executive producer of this album, so I don't want it to go wrong. I oversee absolutely everything. Nothing passes my ears. I hope you guys love it as much as I love creating it."

She also teased that there will be some guests on the LP, hinting: "There will be surprises, but I can't say what. Hopefully you guys will all be very intrigued."

Game Announces North American 'R.E.D Album' Tour

Rapper Game has announced that there will be a The R.E.D. Album Tour in order to support his latest LP.

The rapper will hit the road for a month and his trek will take him from the west coast to the Midwest.

The 31-year-old MC will start in his native California in San Diego on the 20th October and will end up in Dallas, Texas by mid-November.

Beyonce: 'Work Became Overwhelming So I Had To Take A Break'

Beyonce says that she was "overwhelmed" by her work schedule which is the reason she decided to take a year-long break.

The singer worked tirelessy for consecutive years and her work load increased with the release of her I Am... Sasha Fierce album which spawned hits such as 'Single Ladies' and 'If I Were A Boy.' Bey then took a year-long break throughout 2010 but came back this year feeling refreshed - and pregnant.

"Well, it became a bit overwhelming," Bey told Australia's Sunday Night HD. "I was a bit numb and kind of lost. It didn't matter where I was, I was in so many different places that it was like, 'Okay, I'm just on the show, I'm performing, back in a hotel, 'Where am I?' 'What city am I in?' I'm doing the same thing and it became a ritual."

She added: "It was a bit of an emotion that was missing because the world is so much bigger than the world screaming your name and that becomes almost like a fake world. You have to make sure you remember that that's all great but that's not who you really are."

Joe Jonas Previews Chris Brown Written Track 'Lighthouse'

Pop star Joe Jonas has previewed a track called ‘Lighthouse’ that is written by Chris Brown and produced by Hit Boy, who is behind the track ‘N***as in Paris’ by Jay-Z and Kanye West.

Singer Kevin McCall also had a part to play lyrically and Jonas is heard singing about a lost love.

The track is a progressive, edgy cut and sees the 22-year-old singing gently and yearning for reconciliation with the object of his affection: “My heart is getting colder as I count the days, and I would give my soul for the chance to see her.”

The track will appear on Jonas’s solo debut Fastlife due out this week.

Dappy's Girlfriend Kaye Shoots Down Assault Reports

Dappy's girlfriend Kaye has shot down reports that the rapper assaulted her over the weekend, despite his arrest.

The 'No Regrets' MC was taken into police custody on Saturday morning and was arrested on suspicion of assualt. Dappy was released without charge following 12 hours of questioning at a west London police station, and he quickly cleared up any rumours writing on his Twitter page that he "loved" Kaye. 

Now, Kaye has lept to her boyfriend's defence, also writing on Twitter: "Me and Dappy are VERY HAPPY and He Would Never Lay a Finger on Me. Dappy's not in jail... Papers Actually Make me SICK."

A police spokersperson confirmed that "no further action will be taken."

Rapper Seen In Tupac Sex Tape Say He 'Knew Footage Would Leak Eventually'

One of the men featured in the Tupac sex tape has come forward to say that he and Tupac used to hang out like that "all the time," and that he knew the video would be made public eventually.

According to TMZ.com, Money B from rap group Digital Underground told a camera guy in Hollywood that he knew the sex tape, shot 20 years ago would eventually see the light of day.

Money B said: “I didn't know who had it, but I knew it was out there ... so, I'm not surprised."

At one point in the recording, Tupac who was murdered in 1996 in Las Vegas, is seen with his arm around the West coast rapper whilst Tupac is receiving special attention from an unidentified woman.

Digital Underground was an alternative Hip-Hop group from Oakland, California who disbanded in 2008 after 20 years of touring, with their May 08 album Cuz A D.U. Party Don't Stop being their last. However a mixtape called The Greenlight EP was released in 2010 featuring previously unreleased material from the band.

Kim Kardashian Uninvites Sister Khloe To Wedding After Row With Kris Humphries

Kim Kardashian uninvited her sister Khloe to her wedding, after she got into an argument with Kim's then hubby-to-be Kris Humphries.

The argument was filmed and aired last night on E! in the US as part of Kim and Kris'two-part wedding special. Khloe could be seen questioning Kris about why he wants to marry her sister and an argument soon ensued.

"I'm hoping that your intentions are pure," Khloe told Kris before saying to the camera: "I'm worried about Kris Humphries' intentions. He sees Kim, who is this beautiful trophy wife, great personality... Kris has nothing to lose if he marries Kim and gets a divorce."

Kris then told Kim of Khloe's comments who replied to her sister when confronted: "I'm just doing what everyone is saying behind his back."

Kim then stormed out shouting: "If all of you are talking s**t behind my back then there's no reason why any of you should come to the wedding."

Viewers will see how the sisters make up in the second part which airs tonight.

Jackson Brothers To Hold Another MJ Tribute Gig, Randy Refuses To Take Part

The Jackson brothers are planning to stage another Michael Jackson tribute concert but this time without their brother Randy Jackson.

According to TMZ.com sources close to the family revealed to them that another concert will take place this December in Tokyo with the brothers headlining the show.

The same sources say that the brothers will perform around 15 songs and the shows will feature several other artists with most of them being Japanese acts.

Randy is thought to be against the idea of the tribute and therefore will sit out of the gigs and there is no word yet on any other Jackson family involvement.

Forever Michael was held on Saturday in Cardiff and featured performances from Beyonce, Ne-Yo, Christina Aguilera, Gladys Knight, JLS and the Jackson brothers, while Michael's three children gave a tribute to their father on stage.

Robin Thicke and actress wife Paula Patton had a fun day with their son Julian over the weekend, when they took him pumpkin picking in West Hollywood.

The family are most likely preparing for big American holiday, Halloween, which falls on October 31st, so decided to take one-year-old Julian for a fun-filled day at Dr. Jones pumpkin patch. Robin was pictured taking his son down a huge inflatable slide, while mother Paula looked on as the tot picked his favourite pumpkins.

Robin took advantage of his family time as he is currently preparing for the release of his next studio album Love After War which drops on November 18.

Cheryl Cole To Work With Eminem And Nicki Minaj On New Album?

Cheryl Cole is reportedly working with Eminem and Nicki Minaj on her forthcoming third solo studio album.

Since enlisting Black Eyed Peas frontman and best friend Will.i.am as her manager this summer, Cheryl has been rumoured to be working with some of the biggest names in music. While she is reported to be recording tracks with Rihanna and Usher, Chezza is now said to be hitting the studio with Em and Nicki.

A source told the Daily Star Sunday: "Cheryl's album is finally coming together now and is sounding incredible. It's completely different to anything she's brought out before and has much more of an urban vibe than her previous pop-based stuff."

"Not only has she lined up Rihanna and Usher for duets on the album, which she's ecstatic about, she's also in talks with Nicki Minaj as there's one track in particular on her album which Will.i.am thinks would be perfect to have Nicki's vocals on."

Chris Brown recently shocked his audience when he gave Kelly Rowland a lapdance on his F.A.M.E. tour.

Kelly clearly did not mind, as she tweeted her followers after the show: "Wooooo!! @chrisbrown just took me down....... ;)"

Video of the steamy encounter onstage has now been posted online and sees the singer in Atlanta, GA performing his tracks ‘Wet the Bed’ with special guest rapper Ludacris and then mixing it up with the 30-year-old ‘Lay It On Me’ star as she lays on a couch whilst Brown sings ‘Take You Down’ to her.

Brown is currently in the middle of a world concert tour in support of his fourth studio album F.A.M.E, which will see the 22-year-old take his show all over North America, having already been to Canada and Australia.

Cher Lloyd: 'I'm Not Naturally Pretty, It Takes Work'

Cher Lloyd says since becoming famous she has felt the pressure to perfect her beauty and says she works hard on her image.

The 18-year-old gave a candid interview to We Love Pop in which she revealed that she is still finding what image works best for her. "We're not all blessed with beauty. You have to work on it. I think I'm still finding my feet in terms of what I want to look like," she admitted.

Insisting that she still the girl she was before she appeared on The X Factor last year, Cher added: "I'm no different to what I used to be like. I still go home and still do the normal stuff I used to - I went on holiday to Butlins a few weeks ago."

Cher has experimented with her style since she appeared on the hit talent contest and has taken drastic measures including shaving the side of her head and dying her hair bright red.

Rick Ross revealed the album art for his new LP God Forgives, I Don’t via his Tumblr account over the weekend.

The project which is set to be released on December 13 will see the rapper team up with Nicki Minaj on ‘You the Boss’ and producer Just Blaze on ‘I Love My B***hes’.

Following on from the hype releasing these two preview tracks created, the 35-year-old used his Tumblr account to give fans another taster of whats to come and posted the firey image on his page.

The cover art sees the Maybach Music Group Boss wearing shades and a golden rosary around his neck with his hands clasped together in prayer.

Common Promises To Bring Real Hip-Hop Back With New Album

Common has promised to bring real hip-hop back with his forthcoming ninth studio album, starting with the lead single 'Blue Sky.'

The MC is known as one of the most lyrically-conscious rappers in the game, but he says his new record will be stripped back to his roots. "It's hip-hop music, good music," he told Rap-Up.com about the LP which is being produced by No I.D.

"It's just hip-hop at the essence, soul hip-hop. Because [No I.D. and I] both grown as artists, now you're getting songs at a higher level where they can appeal to more people, but it's still hip-hop rooted."

Speaking about the music video for the album's lead single 'Blue Sky,' Common said: "We're able to show the inspiration that the song creates. Now we're able to take these vignettes and show people aspiring to get their dreams and that's really what the song is about, like saying go get it."

Irv Gotti Says Association With Nas 'Ruined' Friendship With Jay-Z

Irv Gotti has revealed that his association with Nas ultimately ended his relationship with Jay-Z because the two rappers have an on-going feud. 

The hip-hop mogul reveals for the first time that he was considering signing Nas to his Murder Inc record label in it's hey-day, but his relationship with Jigga failed as a result. "It ruined me and Jay a lot," Irv told MTV's RapFix Live.

"I messed with Nas because Hov kept turning me down. If you know Nas, the last thing he wants [is that attention]," he said of Nas' rejection.

Irv says that he and Jay have since patched up their differences after an hour-long conversation in Central Park. 

Nas and Jay have not spoken publicly about their feud, and the Roc Nation was recently embroiled in a beef with Lil Wayne.

Fiddy quotes Lupe Fiasco’s ‘Kick, Push’ on the cut and spits about his dreams of being rich like Facebook and Spotify, rapping: “I’m out in Cali, not in Hollywood…Silicon Valley/I’m out to get rich, I mean real rich…”

VIDEO: Chris Brown Performs 'Bottoms Up' With Trey Songz & Sings Happy Birthday To Mother On F.A.M.E. Tour

Chris Brown surprised fans last night when he brought Trey Songz out on stage for a special performance of 'Bottom's Up,' as part of his F.A.M.E. tour which he brought to his hometown of Virginia.

The singer is currently on tour to promote his latest album F.A.M.E. and has been supported by the likes of Kelly Rowland T-Pain and Bow Wow who is joining him on his current leg. But they were not prepared when Trey appeared on stage, sending the audience into a frenzy.

Following his performance, Trigga wrote on his Twitter: "Shout to all that artists on The F.A.M.E. tour & most importantly @chrisbrown for shutting VA down tonight!!!! Crowd was on a million!!!!!"

The previous night, Breezy showed his softer side when he sung 'Happy Birthday' to his mother Joyce.

The Weeknd Releases Preview Track 'Initiation' From Third Mixtape, Announces Lady Gaga Collaboration

The Weeknd has released a track titled 'Initiation,' a dreamy layered track in which the Canadian singer seductively croons to his girl.

The cut has a choppy break beat and is reportedly from his upcoming third mixtape titled Echoes of Silence which, as yet does not have a release date and will follow his second independent release Thursday which dropped earlier in the year.

The 21-year-old has also been confirmed to contribute to the 14-track Lady Gaga Born This Way remix album out on November 21st and will remix the hit single for the release.

Serena Williams Spotted On Date With Country Singer

Serena Williams was caught on a dinner date with up and coming country singer Jake Owen last weekend.

The tennis champ walked a few steps ahead of her new beau, clearly annoyed that she had been snapped by the waiting photographers. Although she tried to play off that they were together, it was obvious that the two had just left a romanti dinner at Nobu Matsuhisa in Beverley Hills.

Serena broke up earlier this year from rapper Common despite rumours that they were engaged. She has not been linked to anyone since and it is not yet known how the two met. The 29-year-old looked girly in a pink dress teamed with a brown leather jacket and boots, while Jake played it casual in a grey cardigan and jeans.

Cassie was pictured supporting her rumoured boyfriend P. Diddy last weekend when he launched his coffee-table book, Culo, in New York.

Diddy smiled as he posed with guests and took pictures in the art gallery to celebrate the launch of his new book, which celebrates the female buttocks. The book features photography by Raphael Mazzucco and is a collaboration between Diddy and Interscope Records boss Jimmy Lovine. 

Celebrity guests included Dr Dre, who flew in from London, Russell Simmons and Diddy's rumoured girlfriend Cassie. Cassie appeared to play her 'girlfriend' role well, greeting guests and mingling with the crowd.
